ALL CAMPSITES ARE PET FRIENDLY!
Please be advised of the changes below to some of our campsites
The re-establishment of "tent-only" sites was made necessary by frequent electrical outages we have experienced in the campground for a number of years. Perhaps you have been inconvenienced in the past when we have lost power to all sites due to over demand during peak hours. As you may know, our campground was designed in the late 1970's, a time when 20 amp electrical service was sufficient for any camp unit. We do offer 30 amp service, but found that on most peak weekends, demand from our 50 amp customers simply overloaded the system. Last season it became obvious that we were in danger of permanently damaging our system. We selected several sites in the campground, removed the 30 amp service and designated those sites "tent-only". We hope by redistributing and lowering the demand that we can better serve all of our campers, preserve the electrical system we have, and prevent what could be a dangerous over-load situation. We are sorry if this has caused you any inconvenience but we hope that your stay
will not be marred by electrical outages in the future
The Caesar Creek State Park Campground offers Class A camping facilities for you and your family to enjoy the beauty of nature, the fun of the state park, or simply get away from the bustle of everyday life for just a few days or up to two weeks.
The campground has 287 shady or sunny spots. Every site offers electric. Each spacious camp site offers a paved pad that can accommodate at least a 35 foot trailer or RV, pop-up, tent, or other camping unit, 20 and 30 amp electrical hookups (please read the above advisory to some campsites), a picnic table, and a fire ring. Bath houses, shower houses, water faucets and waste drains are all nearby everywhere in the campgrounds. There is also a campstore with food and various camping supplies. A dump station is available free of charge for campers. There is a boat ramp located in the campground free to use while camping. Memorial Day thru Labor Day there is a vehicle charge to use the ramp if you are not camping.
The campground also has miles of hiking trails that criss-cross between roads. It is adjacent to the state park mountain bike trail and a short drive from the Little Miami Scenic Trail.
