Maple Syrup Weekend |
Maple Syrup Tours - Caesar Creek (SW)— at the Pioneer Village. Brunch is available from 11 AM to 2 PM for a fee; free walking tours are at 10 AM, 11 AM, Noon & 1 PM. Warm up with a woodland walk, and learn how trees are drilled to collect sap for making syrup. |

Directions to the Nature Center
The Nature Center is located on Pioneer Village Rd. in the southern end of the park.
From the East: take SR 73 five miles west of the I-71 interchange to Oregonia Road and turn left (west). Follow the road for 2 miles and turn right onto Pioneer Village Road, The Nature Center is ¼ mile down on the right.
From the West: take SR 73 one mile east of U.S. Route 42 (Waynesville) and turn right at the top of the hill onto Clarksville Road. Follow Clarksville Road for 2.5 miles, passing the Corps of Engineer Visitor Center and Dam, and traveling until the road dead-ends. Then turn left onto Oregonia Road and travel 2 miles. Turn left onto Pioneer Village Road. The Nature Center is ¼ mile down on the right.
