Indian Summer Campout, Caesar Creek (SW)—Oct. 3-4, at the family campground. enjoy hayrides, square dancing, games, dream catcher making, and other fall themed activities. More information @ 513-897-2437

Winter Wonders, Caesar Creek (SW)—Nov. 15, 1-2:30 PM at the Nature Center. A potpourri of cold weather fun including making pinecone bird feeders, a winter hike and much more. Pre-registration fee of $5 (513) 897-2437.
Santa’s Elves Workshops, Caesar Creek (SW)—Dec. 6, 10 AM-Noon at the Nature
Center. Kids ages 6–12 can create their own ornaments and gifts.

Holiday Traditions Workshops, Caesar Creek (SW)—Dec. 13, sessions start at 10 AM and 2 PM at the Nature Center. Create your own holiday decorations and ornaments from natural materials gathered at the park. $5 pre-registration fee for materials required before Nov. 1. More info at (513) 897-2437.
Winter Hike, Caesar Creek (SW)—Feb. 21, starts from 10 AM - noon from the Wellman Meadows boat ramp off Oregonia Road. See the park in its wintery blanket on this 4-mile self-guided trek through meadows and valleys. (513) 897-2437.
Maple Syrup Weekend, Caesar Creek (SW)—Feb. 21-22, at the Pioneer Village. Brunch is available from 11 AM to 2 PM for a fee; free walking tours are at 10 AM, 11 AM, Noon & 1 PM. Warm up with a woodland walk, and learn how trees are drilled to collect sap for making syrup. Questions?- (513) 897-2437
Directions to the Nature Center
The Nature Center is located on Pioneer Village in the
southern end of the park.
From the East: take SR 73 five miles west of the I-71 interchange to Oregonia Road and turn left (west). Follow the road for 2 miles and turn right onto Pioneer Village Road, The Nature Center is ¼ mile down on the right.
From the West: take SR 73 one mile east of U.S. Route 42 (Waynesville) and turn right at the top of the hill onto Clarksville Road. Follow Clarksville Road for 2.5 miles, passing the Corps of Engineer Visitor Center and Dam, and traveling until the road dead-ends. Then turn left onto Oregonia Road and travel 2 miles. Turn left onto Pioneer Village Road. The Nature Center is ¼ mile down on the right.
