The Marina at Caesar Creek (513-897-1092) features a harbormaster building as well as leased and transient docks from Apr 1 to Oct 15. The Marina at Caesar Creek currently has 105 seasonal slips. 20% of these slips will become available via lottery each year. That lottery is held every August.
