Salamanders and Woodcock Walk in the Wetland

- Meet the Naturalist in the Wildlife Parking Lot for a brief presentation on spotted salamanders and woodcocks.
- Join us for a flashlight walk as we search for signs of migrating wildlife in the wetlands.
- You do not need to stay the whole time; however, the salamanders generally start to move after sunset.
- Wear layers, waterproof muck boots and bring a flashlight. Bring an extra pair of dry socks for your ride home.
- Dress for the weather. It may be chilly and damp.
- Meet in the Wildlife Area near the Day Lodge.
