- 12:30 pm – 3:00 pm
- Join us for a canoe and kayak excursion as we explore the connection between Caesar Creek Lake and the watershed that gives the park it’s name. Participants will paddle along the shoreline and learn how water moves through the landscape, how creeks and lakes support wildlife, and why healthy waterways are important for people, plants and animals.
- Participants will also learn basic canoeing and kayaking skills during this family friendly program.
- Boats, gear, and instruction are provided. Equipment is limited and available first come, first serve.
- Wear water shoes, not flip lops, and clothes that can get wet.
- This program is weather dependent.
- Meet at the Yak Shack near the Campground Boat Ramp.
- Free and open to the public.
